Tellyboard + WebOS Device Installation Guide

This guide explains how to set up the Tellyboard platform and install the LG WebOS launcher on a signage display.

📺 LG WebOS Device

  • LG WebOS Signage Display (webOS 4.0 or higher recommended)
  • Internet connection
  • Access to SI Server Setting

📺 Install LG WebOS Launcher (IPK)

Step 1: Configure SI Server Settings

  1. Power on the LG TV
  2. Press Settings on the remote
  3. Navigate to:
EZ Setting > SI Server Setting

  1. Configure the following:

  2. SI App Launch Mode → Local

  3. Application Type → IPK

  4. Mode → Remote (URL Update)

  5. Enter the IPK URL:

http://hub.castis.io:9023/download/com.lg.app.signage_1.0.0_all.ipk
  1. Select Start or Update to install

Step 2: Launch the Application

  • Restart the TV
  • The launcher app will automatically start (if SI Mode is enabled)
  • Wait for network auto-discovery

Step 3: Pair Device with Tellyboard

  1. A 6-digit pairing code will appear on the TV screen
  2. Log in to the Tellyboard Dashboard
  3. Navigate to:
Devices > Add Device
  1. Enter the pairing code

✅ The device will automatically connect and start playing content
